WitcherCon

Global Fan Experience
my roles: concepts, scripts, creative direction

The Witcher exists across two massive worlds – Netflix’s series and CD Projekt Red’s games – each with a deeply invested global fanbase.

So instead of promoting them separately, I brought them together into a single idea: the world’s first pop-up fan convention.

In partnership with Netflix and CD Projekt Red, I created a limited-time, semi-exclusive, global fan experience designed specifically for Witcher fans, blending both worlds into a shared experience. Introducing… WitcherCon.

Announcement Teaser
To announce this first-time ever event we dropped a surprise hype piece for the Con, featuring a mash-up of our two grunting Geralts.

WitcherCon
WitcherCon streamed globally as a three-hour fan convention across Twitch and YouTube, featuring panels, reveals, behind-the-scenes content, and performances – then replayed with additional content so fans across time zones could experience it “live.”

The Deck of Destiny
Hosted by Witcher superfan Julia Hardy, this card-driven panel turned a typical Q&A into something more unpredictable and revealing

Geralt of T-Rivia
A competitive, pub quiz-style format that brought showrunners and developers together.

The game was a mixture of playful banter, trivia knowledge, and pictionary skill, keeping the panel entertaining & interactive.

Tales From the White Wolf
Our final panel was a long-form, character-driven conversation between Henry Cavill and interviewer Josh Horowitz that grounded the event emotionally.
